To my way of thinking this business is about one thing, and it's simple. It's about trust.

I'll never forget the immense pride I felt when I secured my first listing. The privilege of having the opportunity to handle the sale of that client's property came with a responsibility of knowing I had to do the very best for them not just in terms of the sale but the service I promised to them along the way.

Since that time I have enjoyed a career that has seen me collect numerous awards for service and performance (and some tough character-building times as well), however, that feeling of pride and privilege still happens every time a new vendor entrusts me to sell their property.

When satisfied vendors get me to work with them again for a second or third time I know that we are doing something right!
